Membership and Database Management
Northern Star Conferences has an established membership services structure for each of our Professional Associations. It starts with the “Membership Database” which provides the foundation of almost all of the association’s administrative activity. The database is the data centre on which most membership services are based. It is kept current on a continual basis as changes and new information comes into the association office. This allows us to stay on top of current memberships, new memberships, membership renewals, prospective members, lapsed members, and other information your association would like us to track.
All databases are custom developed to accommodate the requirements of the association’s Board and its members. We pay special attention to the new privacy regulations that are in effect and ensure all information recording in your database is kept strictly confidential.

Board Room for Your Meetings
Located in Calgary’s downtown core, Northern Star Conferences offers a location for lunch hour meetings. The Board Room can accommodate up to 12 people. Lunch can be catered and you can leave all the planning to us.
Northern Star Conferences has a Special Events Division as well. Along with our conference Services we can plan your Gala, Awards Night, Themed Party, Team Building event, Customer Appreciation Night, or Retirement Party.
